These Terms govern your use of MyCryptoSignal (the “Service”), operated by Axiopistis Holdings LC, including the website, the news feed, and the data API. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service aggregates and republishes crypto-related information, provides market and on-chain
snapshots, and publishes algorithmic BUY/HOLD/RISK signals
and a REST API. All data is provided for informational purposes only.
2. Not financial advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Signals, prices, news, and any other output are informational only and must not be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.
3. API keys and acceptable use
- You must display “Powered by MyCryptoSignal” attribution, linked to mycryptosignal.com.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize the data without a written agreement.
- You must respect documented rate limits and quotas; abuse may result in suspension or revocation.
- Keys are per-project, non-transferable, and stored only as hashes; keep your key secure.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. There is no SLA. We may change limits, endpoints, and data coverage at any time without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiopistis Holdings LC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
6. Third-party content
News items are derived from third-party sources and republished with attribution. Rights in the underlying reporting remain with those sources. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will address it promptly.
