This policy explains what data MyCryptoSignal (operated by Axiopistis Holdings LC) collects and how it is used. We aim to collect the minimum necessary to run the Service.
1. What we collect
- API key requests: the email, project, use case, and optional website you submit.
- API usage: endpoint, method, status, response time, a hashed IP, and user agent, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
- Server logs: operational logs used to monitor reliability. Secrets and plaintext API keys are never logged.
2. What we do not store
- We never store plaintext API keys — only their SHA-256 hashes.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run invasive third-party tracking on the public website.
3. Cookies
The public website does not require cookies to function. Any minimal analytics, if enabled, will be privacy-friendly and disclosed here.
4. How we use data
Data is used to operate and secure the Service: issuing and managing API keys, enforcing rate limits and quotas, preventing abuse, and improving reliability.
5. Retention
Operational logs and usage records are retained for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) and then deleted. API key records persist while the key is active.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data associated with your API key by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
